Getting Started with medspace

Welcome to medspace, your cloud-based platform for medical imaging and AI-powered clinical documentation.

Logging In

1. Go to app.medspace.me .
2. Enter your email and password.
3. If you have access to multiple spaces (e.g., multiple hospitals), select the appropriate Space from the dropdown.

Interface Overview

• Left Sidebar: Navigation between your Worklist, Folders, and Settings.
• Main Workspace: Displays your current patient list, document folders, or DICOM viewer.
• Global Chat: (Right Sidebar) Quick access to team messaging and AI chat.
• Search: Press Cmd+K (or Ctrl+K) to instantly find patients, studies, or documents.

First Steps

1. Organizing Your Records

medspace uses a Folder/Record structure. Think of a Record as a patient’s digital file.

• Click “Add Record” to create a new patient file.
• Drag and drop PDFs, images, or audio notes directly into the record.

2. Viewing Imaging

If your hospital is connected, studies appear automatically.

• Click on a study to open the Web Viewer.
• Use standard tools (Zoom, Pan, Window/Level) from the toolbar.
• Mobile users: The viewer works on your phone!

3. AI Assistance

Start your first AI-assisted report by clicking the Microphone icon in any record. (See the AI Scribe Guide for details).
