QR Sharing

Share studies securely without burning CDs.

  1. Open the study you want to share.
  2. Click the “Share” (QR Code) icon.
  3. Configure Access:
    • Expiration: Set a time limit (e.g., 7 days).
    • Password: Optional, for added security.
  4. Generate: The system creates a unique QR code and URL.

How Recipients View It

  • Scan: They scan the QR code with their phone camera.
  • View: The study opens immediately in their mobile browser. No login required (unless you set a password).
  • Download: They can download the original DICOM files if permitted.

Use Case: Print the QR code and hand it to the patient instead of a CD.
